We are seeking a motivated and suitably experienced Project Portfolio Manager to join our team to lead the Project Management team to ensure high quality delivery of a diverse range of projects for our partners and patients.
The Role
The Project Portfolio manager reports to the Chief Operating Officer and will lead project managers and leaders from across the business to delivery high quality projects from process development and technology transfer of novel human cell-based therapies to facility expansions, strategic alliance management and major change programs.
The role is responsible for refining business wide project management tools and processes, scoping and costing projects, developing the project management team whilst also undertaking projects.

To be successful in this role
- Knowledge, experience and a proven track record in Portfolio, Project and / or Alliance Management in Cell & Gene Therapies
- Tertiary qualification(s) ideally in an appropriate discipline
- Demonstrated skills in managing portfolios of complex multi-functional pharmaceutical, biological, medical device or cellular therapy process development and/or manufacturing projects in a GMP environment.
- Excellent Project Management skills including planning, organizing and prioritising skills
- Skills and experience in working with, developing and managing a team in a matrix manufacturing environment
- Proven networking, stakeholder management and influencing skills and ability to share knowledge and experience amongst colleagues
